Nerd Thoughts

So, I know I’m not the only one who thinks but I just want to do a little ranting. The trend of isekai’s with super long super specific titles needs to stop. I can live with the overabundance of isekai’s but the stupid titles need to end. With new anime coming out recently I realized that I now tend to completely ignore the “I died and woke up in a fantasy world with my blah blah blah whatever advantage” instead I check out the anime with the shorter(most of the time) and obscure titles. Like last season I watched Dead Mount Death Play(not a super short title but definitely shorter) and I absolutely love it. That in my opinion is a good ass title! You’re left wondering what the hell is this show about I have to check it out. It makes you wonder instead of knowing exactly what’s going to happen.

This happened again with Undead Girl Murder Farce(long but not super long). I was like what the fuck does that mean? But I’ve only watched 2 episodes so far and I know this is going to be a new fav! There needs to be a teeny bit of mystery in a title. Give me something easy to say and not a long ass sentence. So, I guess all of this is just to say I like chill titles, not super specific ones.
