Nerd Thoughts

I only have a few things to say, so this will be a quick review. First off, I love this show so much and can’t wait for season 3 but unfortunately, I was a little disappointed with this season. In the beginning, I was disappointed that Bode being framed and going back to prison was not a big part of the season. But the really big thing that disappointed me was that I feel like Bode had no character growth this season. The whole time he’s been trying to get out of prison for other people, so I was hoping by the end of this season he would have finally learned that he just needs to be better for himself, not others. Add that to the fact that he straight up said he’s addicted to fighting fires, it makes me worried any progress he has made is hanging on by a thread. I know that all of this is on purpose and is definitely going to be a focus in season 3, but I was hoping this time the season would have ended on a slightly more upbeat note. All of this considered I would give this season a 7.5 out of 10.
