For some reason, Inside Out was one of those movies I thought was good but I never had the desire to rewatch, so when the second came out I wasn’t super pumped. And I loathe to say this but the second is similar, minus one aspect. Now I’m not saying it’s bad, it’s 100% a great movie and I can see why it’s doing so good at the box office, but personally I don’t really see the hype. The one part of the movie though that I did love, and even made me cry, was the panic attack and how anxiety was portrayed as a whole. That part definitely got to me, which is no surprise considering whenever I read a book with a character who has a panic attack I cry. Because of that great characterization of anxiety, I would give this movie a 7 out of 10 even though I’m not the biggest fan.

A good review. I had an opportunity to watch this film recently and adored it. I thought it was a spectacular sequel that improved on the first film.
