Nerd Thoughts

I messed up by not reviewing this earlier because I’ve kind of forgotten some of my thoughts, so this review is going to be short and sweet. The first thing I want to say is that this book was really fun to read. I love those moments in the book where the character is trying to claim something, but we, as readers, know the character lies to themselves. I don’t know why, but it’s so entertaining to just shake my head while saying liar liar pants on fire when reading one of those scenes. I also appreciated having both Tella’s and Scarlett’s POVs. It kind of felt weird with the last book, knowing Scarlett was around and doing things but not seeing anything from her, so I liked having chapters with her in this book. With all of this in mind, I would give Finale a 9 out of 10.
