Nerd Thoughts

Every time I’m about to start a Dimension 20 side quest, I always have the thought, “Will I like this even though it isn’t the usual group?” and every time, I end up liking it. I think my favorite part of this campaign was the fact that it was in the same world as Fantasy High. It was super entertaining when there were mentions of characters I knew already, and I had the classic “I know that reference” moment. That being said, I kept wondering if I should have watched Pirates of Leviathan after I finished more seasons of Fantasy High because there were certain moments where I felt like I missed something.

Another thought I had was that I would love to play multiple campaigns in the same world because I think it would be so much fun to make my characters distantly connected. I think it would be hilarious for one character to be like the son of a friend who is a cousin of an uncle who is brother to the other character. The more convoluted, impossible, and non-sensical, the better! I just love the crazy ideas these campaigns give me!
