A Crown This Cold & Heavy (Kingdom of Lies Book 3) Review

So, I got a bit behind on reviews, so it’s been a while since I finished listening to this book, so this review will be a tad short. Where I loved the first book because I was able to predict things, and the second because it surprised me, I loved this one because it brought tears to my eyes. There are so many great things about reading, but when a book is able to make you cry, nothing beats that. It’s always entertaining to catch yourself crying at a book and then having the thought, “welp, there it is, this book is officially great”. Now, unfortunately, despite my love of the book (and series), it does lose a point because of the narration. I hate to say it, but the male narrator just doesn’t do a very good girl voice, plus I really wish I got to hear his voice more because it’s a good voice. So, despite the beloved tears I shed, I have to give this book a 9 out of 10.
