This was my favorite DC movie to date and now I’m trying to decide if I like Pattinson more then Bale but I think, give him another movie and maybe a few more gadgets and Pattinson will me my new favorite. I actually really really enjoyed the dark, depressed, and basically emo Bruce. I just feel like it makes more sense to me to have the brooding Bruce instead of the playboy Bruce.
Another surprising thing to me was that I actually noticed and was really into the cinematography and music. Normally I don’t really pay attention to stuff like that, I usually pay more attention to the plot and movie as the whole then the different parts. So, the fact that this movies music and filming were special and different enough for me to not only notice but love it is amazing in my mind.
There was only one thing I wish there was more of and that was BRUCE WITH EYE MAKEUP!! I literally have no idea why but I loved seeing Bruce in his street clothes with the black eye makeup and I wish there was more of it. Even if it pushed it over the 3 hour mark. But all in all I would give it a 9 out of 10 and I can’t wait for another one.
