Overall, I liked this season but there were definitely some parts I wasn’t as huge as a fan of. My biggest problem with this season was how Din sometimes seemed like a side character in his own show. No surprise there. But if I’m honest I actually keep flip-flopping on whether or not I liked the breaks in Mando’s story to show what’s going on in other places. I did enjoy getting more world-building and learning about what’s going on in the background but I wanted more of Daddy Mando! The only other minor problem I had was the fate of the dark saber. I wanted Din to become a huge badass with it, plus it fit his aesthetic soooooo well!
Even with what I would call minor problems, the show was still pretty good. It’s not my favorite season so far, but it’s good enough to not skip if you’re binging the seasons. And once again, if I’m being honest, those last 10 minutes made up for everything I wasn’t sure about! Basically, this season was a satisfactory addition to The Mandalorian series and I would give it a solid 7 out of 10.
