Nerd Thoughts

I would say that Extraction 2 is an almost perfect action movie. First, but I would say it’s actually the 2 most important detail, it has a simple and easy-to-follow story. Not that it’s a problem to have a complex story but for movies like Extraction 1 & 2 whose purpose is to showcase amazing action it’s just not necessary. I feel like when there’s a complicated story it causes most of the attention to go to the storyline instead of the stunts. And Extraction 2 was able to keep all of the attention on the action and stunts by having an easy to follow story.

Obviously the most important detail of what made this movie a great action movie is of course the action/stunts! But more specifically the variety of action. I really enjoyed how there were simple and quick fights, long drawn-out fights, and over-the-top stunts. I never got bored since it had so many different types of fights. All in all this was just a really fun action movie and I would give it a 7 out of 10.
