Nerd Thoughts

This was a classic violent revenge movie so of course it was entertaining. For anyone unaware this movie is basically John Wick without the assassins and a much more reasonable excuse to go on a murderous rampage. As much as I love dogs the death and destruction of someone’s mother and entire village is a much better reason to kill a ton of people. But on another note, this movie felt like a more real John Wick not only the motivation but the action too. The fighting felt more genuine to how people would react in real life. And not to have a spoiler but even the ending was more realistic.

Now, as much as I enjoyed the movie I did have one tiny complaint that if I’m being honest feels kind of stupid. That stupid complaint is that he barely wears the white monkey head. From the trailers, I thought he was going to go on a rampage with the monkey mask and be like a vigilante. So, when he ended up only wearing it for 2 seconds before he started beating people up I was pretty disappointed. That being said I didn’t have any other issues with the movie so I’m going to give it an 8 out of 10.
