Lego Insider: Thoughts

This is definitely random but I learned about Lego Insider last week so I went and registered all my Lego sets that I currently have this past weekend and I need to vent. Before I start I do have to say that no matter what I’m still going to use it because why not. But Lego Insider is BS. For those unaware you can scan the QR codes on the Lego set directions and register them and when you do that you can get points and of course with those points you can eventually buy sets. The BS part is that every set no matter the number of pieces, the complexity, and the amount of money is only 20 points! The 53-piece Elsa’s Castle Courtyard… 20 points. The 3010-piece Hogwarts Icons Collectiors’ Edition… 20 points! That is complete and utter bullshit. Straight up the more money it costs the more points it should equal. That isn’t even the worst part, the worst part is that to get a $100 discount on a set equals 13000 points! To get $100 off you have to buy 650 Lego sets! What’s even crazier legit Legoland Park ticket costs fewer points. The only thing that’s making me want to use Lego Insider is that I’m buying the Lego sets anyway so might as well get the points. But Lego needs to get their shit together and make this actually make sense. Bigger sets = more points!!!
