You know that movie/movies you can watch a million times and not get bored of? The original Twister was one of those for me, I can’t explain why I just love it. When I heard it was getting a sequel I was sooooooooooooooooooo excited, and if I’m being honest not once was I worried. That faith was not misplaced because Twisters was an amazing sequel. It had everything you could want from a tornado movie. Although sadly there was no flying cow, but hey, at least they made up for it with a fire tornado and a bunch of people getting sucked up(not sure if that’s good or bad).
My only negative thing about this movie is that I wished it had more connections to the original. I would have loved it if Kate or even Tyler were somehow related to the original characters, but I would have even just settled on an explanation of why they had Dorothy in the first place at the beginning. So, with that in mind, I’m giving Twisters an 8 out of 10.
