This is another one of those movies that I don’t have too much to say about it. That’s because it’s one of those movies that is fun to watch but once you leave the theater you don’t really think about it the rest of the day. On one hand Sonic is one of those kid movies that is actually enjoyable for adults to watch but on the other hand it was very similar to the first one. So, I wasn’t left left awed and thought it was an average movie.
There is one thing that does awe me about the Sonic movies is the fact that it got a second movie and what appears to be plans for a third all because the makers of the movie listened to the internet. I 100% believe that if the makers didn’t listen to all the shit they were getting about the original animation style of what Sonic was going to look like then the movie would have tanked. But since they did end up reanimating Sonic it’s only natural that it became a big success. That’s really the one reason I’m pretty impressed with the Sonic movies.
But back on topic I would give the movie a 6 out of 10. Worth it to see once in theaters.
