Nerd Thoughts

Warning! This movie does not officially come out till the 14th, but I was able to see it early with Regal’s Mystery Movie Monday, so if you don’t want to see vague spoilers, I suggest waiting to read this review. Anyways, I’m so glad I went to Regal’s Mystery Movie Monday because this movie was so much fun to watch. I almost feel weird saying I really liked it because it was pretty gruesome, but the whole clueless John Wick vibe Jack Quaid’s character had was great. It was honestly impressive seeing the different things they made Nate go through. I admit I had to look away from some of it (I can’t do nail stuff!). And not to spoil anything, but there was actually a bit of a twist that I truly did not expect. The only bad thing I have to say about this movie is that I wished Nate and Sherry dated for at least a week before everything started. It just seems wildly crazy that Nate would go through all of that after only one date. But hey true love I guess! With that in mind, I would give this movie a 9 out of 10.
